Refund Policy


Email us at support@janeandlisa.com with any issues within 30 days and provide us with pictures if there is something wrong with your product.

If you do not email us prior to returning or shipping the item(s) to our warehouse, we will have to refuse the returned package and it will then have to be shipped back to the customer at their expense.


Need to cancel or change your order? Cancellations or changes are only accepted within 24 HOURS after your order was placed.

Due to the type of volume that we do at Jane & Lisa, we are unable to make exceptions that may disrupt our production operations.


Jane & Lisa creates jewelry and other personalized items made to order. This means that everything is made on demand.

If your item is damaged/defected, you have 30 calendar days from the date you received it to report this to us and we will happily exchange it for you.

We own up to providing you with perfect statement pieces that you can brag about to your family & friends.

Your item must be in the original packaging and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Wrong customization - If you provide the wrong customization when entering things such as letter, name, year, etc on your order, we will not be able to cancel/refund your order.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.

Returned by Customer - It is best that you contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Email support@janeandlisa.com FIRST before returning packages with the reason for the return, image of the item(s) you want to return and your order #. 
Our customer service representative will assist you in getting a return label to return your shipment to our factory headquarters. 
Please keep a copy of your receipt with your return tracking number and immediately send it to support@janeandlisa.com with your order #. 
Your order will be refunded once tracking states DELIVERED 
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 
Products must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and invoice.Otherwise, a refund will not be issued.
