IS YOUR SITE SAFE AND SECURE?

We are secured by Shopify, a well-known E-Commerce platform. Also, we guarantee a SAFE & SECURE CHECKOUT. Payments are processed through Shopify through major card companies shown in the image below. We do not have access to any information about you or your card.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

United States
- All orders over $99 are shipped FREE within the United States, although we do have charged shipping for those who want their orders to be processed faster. Orders under $99 are shipped for $7.95
International
- Shipping fees to all other countries are mixed and vary depending on specific geographic area.
-International shipping prices range from $19.95-$39.95 and are FREE for all orders over $299. 

Duties & Taxes
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. 

Please note that Modernist & Co. does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by your country and the fees that they charge. We do not know what the charges will be as it varies from country to country based on government laws. 

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Modernist & Co., please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

HOW LONG TO GET MY ORDER?

We are able to promise a 2-7 day lead time to produce your order. This means that after you place your order, it is sent to our manufacturing facility right away, produced, packaged and shipped within 2-7 days. 

Once your order is shipped out, please expect 2-7 days for your order to arrive if you are ordering from the United States.

For international orders, expect it to take anywhere from 5-14 days for your order to arrive.

    I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER MY ORDER?

    If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still did not receive it, please feel free to contact us if necessary.

    HOW DO I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

    Cancellations or changes are only accepted within 24 HOURS after your order was placed.

    WHAT IS MY ORDER NUMBER?

    You should receive an email with your order number after you place your order. If you did not receive this email, please check junk or spam folders. If you still cannot locate it, feel free to contact us and provide your name and email used on the order and we will locate it.

    WHAT DOES "BEING PROCESSED" MEAN?

    We have received your order and are still producing and/or quality checking your order for shipment. If your order has been processing for more then 1 week then there is likely an error that needs to be rectified. Please contact us immediately at help@modernistandco.com with your concerns and we'll make sure it's corrected.
